LCB Depot is the city’s creative industries hub. Based in the city’s Cultural Quarter we manage workspace across 3 sites -LCB Depot, Makers Yard and Phoenix Square - providing office workspace for businesses from across the creative industries spectrum – film design architecture music textiles fashion and more. In addition, and working with a diverse range of partners, we deliver a busy programme of business cultural and social events including the renowned ‘Last Friday’ art and street food night.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join our team at a time of business growth. The city’s creative industries are gaining increased recognition and in part owing to that we open a new workspace in Pilot House on King St in May 2025.
Providing excellent customer service and day-to-day front desk support, you’ll undertake a range of duties which support income generation and promotion. Initially based at LCB Depot, you’ll transfer to Pilot House in April/May 2025, remaining part of the wider LCB team but with a lead responsibility for customer service at the new workspace.

This is a full-time, permanent post working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
