Job Description Automotive Representatives, are responsible for assisting customers and dealers with inquires, account status and problem resolution. Good telephone skills, customer orientation, interpersonal skills, communication and planning and organizing are key in this position. Must be flexible and a team player as agents work together to assist customers. Qualifications Five or more years of claims/customer service experience in a vehicle service contract environment, or five or more years of dealership or independent automotive repair shop experience, or equivalent combination is preferred Schedule Will be assigned a shift between 6am to 5pm (8 hours), Monday through Friday #prioritywest26 #westpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Torrance, CA.
