Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make and receive phone calls for various clients
  • Validate customer profiles for identity verification
  • Gather information, answer questions, and enter detailed notes into computer tools
  • Customer service, respond to needs
  • Follow up on overdue payments: debt collection from individuals and small/medium businesses, ensure follow-up on customer files to maintain a satisfactory level of collection according to company policies
  • Functional application support: resolve user issues, solve problems by guiding the customer throughout the process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Work experience in a similar position or in customer service (desirable)
  • Bilingualism (French and English), advanced level required
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel software
