OVERVIEW:

We are seeking two enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives to support our booth at the upcoming event in Welland. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role requiring a passion for food, great communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available and committed for all two days of the event:
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and manage high-volume crowds
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable

• Engage warmly with customers, take orders, and provide accurate information about the menu
• Ensure smooth and efficient customer flow at the booth
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth area
• Assist with basic food handling and preparation under supervision
• Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and enjoyable customer experience
