DESCRIPTION

Cantley LifeCare has developed a number of innovative and fast-growing E-commerce businesses including SeniorCare, HoneyCity and PetFoodCare
We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Customer Service and Fulfillment Assistant to support the demand and growth of the E-commerce businesses. You will create and enhance customer after-sales experience through a complete service in customer support and fulfillment.
As a Customer Service and Fulfillment Officer, you will assist in closing all customer support tickets through our multiple communication channels. These include customer inquiries through walk-in customers, phone calls and emails. You will also perform fulfillment duties such as preparing orders to be shipped out, arranging for logistics, purchasing of new inventory and management of the warehousing for inbound inventory.
There will also be opportunities for career advancement into a management position or job roles rotation into digital marketing, design and business development.
Technical requirements include Word, Excel, Powerpoint for both Google Docs and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills in English, this Customer Service and Fulfillment Officer will be able to close job and support tickets completely and quickly. Knowledge in Social Media and design such as Photoshop is a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
  • Experience designing and executing online customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating teams and communicating to management
  • Strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and attention to detail
  • Familiar with Google Chrome, Windows Mail, Microsoft Windows
  • An understanding of, and passion for media and technology
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly
  • Experience using Excel and evaluating data to guide decisions
  • Fluency in English
