You will be great at talking on the phone and able to communicate in person and act with decisiveness Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, manage projects to completion and ensure timely delivery of finished orders Have a positive mindset and a healthy curiosity. You want to learn and grow as an employee and a person Enjoy being involved in team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients. Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative: 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred. Sign experience is a huge plus! High school diploma or equivalent.
