Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for service department customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs.
  • Service Scheduling: Coordinate customer service appointments with the service team and workshop controller, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Verify vehicle maintenance intervals and ensure accurate planning for service needs.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, understand their requirements, and facilitate smooth service processes.
  • Workshop Efficiency: Collaborate with the Workshop Controller, and Service Advisors to optimise workshop capacity and productivity
  • Sales Opportunities: Proactively promote products and services, highlighting benefits to customers.
  • Accurate Documentation: Ensure job card instructions are precise for technicians and invoicing teams.
  • Administrative Support: Manage required administrative tasks efficiently, including coordinating with dealer-point managers and workshop supervisors.
  • Invoicing Accuracy: Liaise with invoicing teams to ensure job cards are processed correctly and promptly.
  • Warranty Assistance: Support the Warranty and Contracts Manager with queries and documentation while adhering to warranty and contract procedures
