Description

We have a great opportunity to join our small team, at one of our newest manufacturing facilities. Your role is responsible for coordinating order processing, managing customer enquiries and ensuring an efficient and timely delivery of goods. The role acts as a key link between customers, the sales team and logistics.
This is a fixed term contract role, 9-12 months, covering a maternity leave period.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within a customer service department and ideally some experience of planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and order/logistics management systems.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
