Location: Manchester (Hybrid Role)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week 9am – 5pm (Wednesday – Sunday)

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Service and Operations Support team member to
join our small but mighty hive. This hybrid role will start with a mix of 3 days per
week in Customer Service and 2 days in Operational Support, moving into a full-
time Customer Service role in the coming months.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, solving
problems, and ensuring every experience with Just Bee is a sweet one. You’ll also
lend a hand to our operations team when needed, helping prepare orders and stock
for dispatch.
