In this role, you will act as the organisation's ambassador, delivering a seamless experience to customers and candidates engaging with our examination services. You will be responsible for handling enquiries across various channels including in-person, email, social media, chat, and phone, ensuring all interactions meet corporate standards and reflect our brand values. You will manage reception and registration duties, maintain accurate customer records, and contribute to feedback initiatives, all while upholding safeguarding policies and ensuring a smooth customer journey. You will also play a key role in driving sales by achieving monthly income and conversion targets, nurturing leads, and converting enquiries into registrations. This includes proactive outreach, warm calling, and guiding candidates through the full sales cycle. The role supports exam delivery operations, including registration, payment processing, and post-test activities, while ensuring compliance with financial and audit requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Exams team to resolve complaints, manage social media interactions, and contribute to service quality indicators. The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency (minimum B2 level), strong communication and negotiation skills, proven experience in customer service and sales, and a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and a passion for education and customer engagement are desirable. The Customer Service and Sales team operates six days a week with Saturdays and weekday evenings usually times of peak demand.
