• Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and webchat
• Liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure deliveries are to schedule
• Assisting with general customer support queries and resolving issues promptly
• Engaging with customers in the showroom on Saturdays, providing product information and assistance with sales
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
