Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Associate
Location: Nad Al Sheba4, Dubai
We are looking for a Female Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team and oversee the main floor, concept store, and flowers section at our villa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge
• Handle customer orders received through walk-ins, WhatsApp, and website
• Support sales efforts and help customers find products that suit their needs
• Ensure displays and stock in the concept store and flowers section are well maintained and appealing
• Ensures excellent customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues promptly
• Follow and ensure daily operational standards to create a pleasant shopping experience
• Coordinate with staff and support smooth daily workflow

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, basic POS systems, etc.)
• English language proficiency is a must
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
