Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Associate:

• Build strong, lasting connections with each customer to foster loyalty and engagement.
• Contribute to sales growth by ensuring a top-tier customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Meet and exceed performance targets through strategic upselling and persuasive communication.
• Act as a trusted advisor by highlighting key product features and advantages instead of relying on discounts.
• Provide prompt and courteous support to resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently.
• Work closely with other Rogers team members to brainstorm new strategies for boosting sales and improving profitability.

Requirements for the Customer Service and Sales Associate:

• An associate’s degree is highly recommended, though not mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or an equivalent entry-level role is required.
• An energetic, team-oriented individual with a commitment to collaboration with both team members and customers.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented professional mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• A willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement and success.
• Driver license, and reliable transportation to commute within a 20-30 mile radius of our office
