Position: Customer Service and Sales

Salary: £27.5K + Commission, 1st Year OTE £33K
Most of the work will see you answer all incoming calls and texts so that everyone is looked after and happy. You’ll focus on solving problems. This means fostering and nurturing potential customers into sales, and you’ll ensure customers with issues are resolved fully or progressed towards a solution. Efficiency is key, as sometimes there’s lots to do, so the way you organize your case-by-case workload is crucial.
This doesn’t mean there isn’t greater complexity or diversity in the role. You’ll have a say and involvement in anything or everything, from the way we track returns efficiently to the way we organize and handle potential sales for maximum conversion. Constant improvement is crucial to growth, and as a team, we will strategize ways to improve, identifying weaknesses and coming up with new ideas.
Constantly increasing your knowledge and understanding of our products and services will be high on your priority list, especially in the early months. Primarily, this accounts for solution-based research to offer our customer the best product. For example, what PC specification does the customer need given their requirements and budget?
