At iTAN Studios, our team members are more than Sales and Customer service Consultants each person is seen as an integral part of our brand and a key contributor to our company’s success.
We’re looking for applicant at our Kanata Location as your home studio and some flexibility to work at other locations, and there’s room to grow. Having an outgoing personality is helpful in Sales_ Performance_ as is Customer Service.
For example (approximately) 10 am- to 3 pm or 3 pm to 8 pm Monday to Friday, and available for some Saturdays if needed (we are closed Sundays). Just send us your availability, and the more flexible the better.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills with experience in customer-facing roles
• Understanding that Sales are important and needed
• Passionate about iTAN, tanning, and/or beauty—you’re eager to share personal experiences and lend your expertise
• Excited to learn with a can-do attitude; you’ve always been a self-starter
• Positive go-getter that inspires the team and gets customers excited, too
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment without forgoing attention to detail
• Flexible—nothing fazes you, and you’re able to work alone and collaboratively
• Basic computer knowledge is a must
• Retail and/or sales experience is a plus
• Willingness to work multiple locations is ideal, but not required

• Be an iTAN expert who’s knowledgeable about all products and services
• Educate and help customers pick the best products and services for their needs
• Facilitate sales and successfully meet sales targets with the mindset of exceeding—not just stopping at—goals
• Merchandise products with a discerning eye
• Clean and sanitize the studio, including equipment
