As the Customer Service and Sales Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to key clients, ensuring they have the support, solutions, and guidance needed to achieve their goals. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for clients, working across sales, operations, and support teams to deliver seamless service and long-term success.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to major clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Drive growth by expanding customer partnerships across multiple offerings, from core systems and software to components, spare parts, and ongoing support services.
  • Identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, renewals) and ensure strong account planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to champion the voice of the customer.
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company objectives.
  • Track and maintain account health by leveraging customer success metrics such as satisfaction scores, renewal activity, and overall lifetime value.
  • Travel within the region (approx. 30–50% based on accounts managed) to meet clients and drive results.
