Description
Launch Your Career — No Experience Required This is not your typical customer service job, and it’s not a pushy sales role. We are building a team of high-performers who serve customers at a high level while confidently guiding them to the right solutions. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow then we will teach you everything you need to succeed. This is an onsite role based in Annapolis MD, where you’ll work alongside a high-energy team in a collaborative environment. Our Core Values: The L.I.G.H.T. Framework We take our culture seriously and hold every team member to the L.I.G.H.T framework: we Lead with Integrity, Innovate and Solve, Grow Together, High Standards Always, Think of Others First. What You’ll Be Doing As the first impression of our company, you are a critical part of the customer experience. In this role, you will: Handle Inbound Calls: Answer calls from homeowners needing electrical service. Book Appointments: Help customers understand their options and book service appointments with confidence. Resolve Concerns: Support active customers with professionalism and care. Take Ownership: We want your judgment, not someone who just checks boxes. You’ll be expected to think creatively, communicate clearly, and take ownership of every customer interaction. Drive Growth: Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented environment focused on performance. What Makes This Role Different Tech-Forward & AI-Powered: We provide the latest tech and AI tools to help you get the job done efficiently. We want you using your brain to solve problems, not fighting outdated software. Career Launchpad: No experience required—we invest heavily in your professional development through an excellent onboarding program and ongoing mentorship. Performance-Based Pay: Your effort and results directly impact your earnings through weekly incentives. Clear Growth Path: Opportunities to advance into leadership and operations, including our voluntary leadership development programs. Your Career Trajectory We believe in building careers, not just filling roles. Phase 1: The Launch (Weeks 1–8): Complete our excellent onboarding program and extensive paid training. Phase 2: Core Impact (Months 3–12): Master the role with ongoing coaching and mentorship, and begin earning weekly performance-based incentives. Phase 3: Leadership Development (Year 1+): Become eligible for voluntary leadership development programs to prepare for professional leadership and strategy roles. Phase 4: Specialized Roles: Opportunities to advance into operations, marketing, leadership, or specialized positions. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $18.50/hr base pay + weekly performance-based incentives (eligible after onboarding). Financial Security: 401k with a 5% match (vested immediately) and participation in our profit-sharing program. Paid Time Off: Comprehensive PTO package, including a paid birthday and paid work anniversary. Paid Vacation and extra PTO at your 3-year anniversary. Holidays: Paid holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Family & Life: Paid maternity/paternity leave Team Culture: Weekly team breakfast, monthly company/community events, and year-round awards and recognition. What to Expect With Our Hiring Process Application Review: We look for a positive attitude and a desire to grow. Initial Discovery Call: A brief conversation to ensure our mission aligns with your path. Core Values & Skills Interview: We’ll dive into our L.I.G.H.T. values and see how you solve real-world scenarios. The Offer & Training Cohort: If it’s a match, you’ll join our next training cohort.
