This role combines customer support and sales responsibilities, with a focus on helping homeowners make informed decisions about lawn care services. The ideal candidate has experience in the lawn care industry and understands fertilization programs, weed control, turf health, and seasonal treatments specific to North Carolina lawns. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Educate customers on lawn care programs, treatments, and service options Generate new sales and upsell existing customers Follow up on leads and prepare service quotes Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction Maintain accurate records in CRM system Coordinate with field technicians to ensure quality service delivery Stay current on regional lawn care best practices and seasonal needs Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or sales Working knowledge of lawn care, turf management, fertilization, and weed control Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential lawn care programs Familiarity with CRM software Knowledge of warm and cool season grasses common in North Carolina
