Responsibilities Address customer inquiries in-person to our commercial listings, providing insightful and accurate information regarding our energy products and services. Look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Manage customer issues and concerns with a personalized touch, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively engage with customers. Coordinate efforts with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
