We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team in Logan Central.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our course enquiries and increase enrolments. You will also have the opportunity to grow towards higher positions.

Responsibilities
  • Take course enquiries on the phone, respond to emails and effectively communicate with new enquiries and existing students
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Effectively communicate with staff to get things done
  • Be willing to take initiative and lead
  • Contribute to project management tasks and play a proactive role in identifying and implementing process improvements.
