MDI Medical Ltd are the leading suppliers of GE Ultrasound Imaging in Women’s Health on the Island of Ireland. We are also the leading supplier of vital signs patient monitoring. Established in 1988 and with its headquarters in Kells Co. Meath with offices in Belfast and the UK. We have 35 years of experience and local knowledge, developed while collaborating with the medical community in Ireland.
We are currently looking for a new team member to work within our Customer Services and Sales Support team based at our Kells office.

• Provide ongoing support in dealing with incoming phone calls
• Liaise with customers and sales support team to answer customer queries
• Generate quotes as directed by sales team ensuring quote information is complete and accurate
• Create sales order and reflect in systems
• Stock control and management including identifying when stock replenishment is required
• Generate and distribute invoices
• Monitor email inboxes for customer queries
• Support Customer Service, Sales Support and Sales teams as needed
  We are looking for someone to work part-time; with an option of 3 to 4 days per week. The office operates 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
