Valley Energy is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Rep. to join our award-winning team in the Purcellville location. This person will help ensure customer satisfaction by fielding calls, assisting the routing supervisor, and track customer account data to facilitate smooth coordination between office and field staff. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues. Analyze industry-specific data- Work with management to monitor customer data and report to the manager about customer needs. Maintain Working Knowledge of Products - Develop a working knowledge of Residential and Commercial Propane to provide customers with accurate, up-to-date knowledge. Requirements: Industry Experience preferred, but not required. 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service Must be self motivated and excel at critical thinking. Excellent time-management and prioritization skills Excellent Organizational Skills Ability to Multi-task In-Office Position (not work from home) with 40 Hours Per Week Required. Hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday with additional hours possible during busy season. * Hourly Rate will be based upon prior experience.
