CUSTOMER SERVICE & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SUPPORT

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and people-focused individual to join our team at Petra Interiors / Just Stone Aust in a dynamic hybrid role that blends customer service with social media content creation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work. You’ll spend 4 days in our Sydney showroom, engaging with clients, supporting sales, and providing excellent customer service. On the 5th day, you’ll be on-site across Sydney, capturing photos and video reels of our stunning stone projects for social media and marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver warm, professional customer service in our showroom
• Support the sales team with client enquiries and showroom operations
• Help creating and managing engaging social media content (reels, stories, posts)
• Visit project sites to capture high-quality imagery and content
• Collaborate with the team to maintain brand voice and visual identity
• Assist with general marketing and communication tasks
