Your Next Role: 4.5 month temp contract with potential for extension or permanency Mon-Fri 9am-5pm hybrid in Parramatta (2 days in office, consistent full time hours each week) Inbound/outbound contact centre role supporting existing members with basic enquiries Handling basic membership enquiries and responding to return calls Responding to basic emails and admin work/membership updates Answering and triaging calls from providers Flexibility to work across different tasks depending on business needs Minimal leave availability ideally through the contract (a day here or there is fine) Training Programme: Fully onsite training for 2 weeks in Parramatta Practical, hands-on approach to learning Training days cannot be missed Join a supportive team environment What You Need: Ideally Private Health Insurance (PHI) experience OR call centre/customer service experience Willingness to take on different tasks depending on business requirements (non-negotiable) Full-time availability across Mon-Fri Resilient to change – systems are currently evolving as business needs change Flexibility and adaptability are essential Confidence to use escalation pathways as required (escalate if a call/task is something you haven't been trained in) Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written Valid Police Check required What is Weploy?
