Nova Catering Repairs service, repair and install commercial catering equipment in hospitality venues across the UK, our team of field engineers are supported by our office team based in Brierley Hill, DY5 2YX.

You will be required to:

• Answer the phone to customers, email suppliers and customers, record job information, log the information on our internal job management system, allocate jobs to engineers, create quotes and invoices, order parts, liaise with field engineers and conduct general office admin duties

We are looking for someone who is pro-active, a team player and is personable to join our small but growing team.
Working hours are full time, 40 hours per week working between 8am-5pm. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying at our office based in Brierley Hill.
Starting salary is apprentice wage for your age range.
Training - This is a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship and on successful completion, taking approx. 12months, the qualification will be gained. All training will take place at the workplace and you will be required to enrol with Halesowen College who will also support you through your studies.
Essential qualifications:

GCSE in:

• English (grade 4/C)
• Math (grade 4/C)
