We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently answer all telephone calls to the store, Advise customers of the current promotions and any relevant contact lens or product information
  • Meet and exceed all personal and team goals
  • Explore customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance
  • Book and change customer appointments on the in-store computer systems
  • Effectively deal with customer concerns and queries including in relation to multifocal lenses
  • Resolve any visual problems that customers have with new glasses
  • Actively demonstrate several ways to help control costs in your stor
