As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be a key member of our team, acting as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Whether you’re answering incoming calls, responding to written enquiries, or taking orders over the phone, you’ll represent our brands with professionalism, patience, and warmth.

You’ll support customers by:

• Handling a variety of customer queries by phone, post, and email
• Processing telephone and postal orders efficiently and accurately
• Helping customers find the right products and answering product-related questions.
• Investigating and resolving delivery or product issues in a calm and helpful manner
• Providing updates on orders, returns, and account information.
• Accurately logging customer details and interactions using our computer systems
• Offering additional items or alternative options when appropriate (cross-selling)
• Maintaining a strong understanding of our product range and current promotions

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on providing excellent service and likes the variety that comes with speaking to different people every day.
