Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers in resolving product or service issues efficiently and empathetically. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement. Qualifications Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and patient with challenging customers. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
