T Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer service outcomes. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
