Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
