Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running of operations within the business
  • Working closely with our directors to drive business growth
  • Oversee and improve customer support/after sales care
  • Inventory management/quality control of stock
  • Extensive product knowledge following training provided, to best assist customers in store
  • Involvement in e-commerce fulfillment, including packing and shipping orders
  • To create and implement processes to improve performance

Person specification

  • Highly focused/driven
  • IT skills required
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Professional in appearance and presentation
  • Sales skills/experience
  • The ability to work independently when required as well as being proactive

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and help them to find the product that best meets their need
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
