*We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team for our newly opened location in Midtown, Tampa! This candidate will be helping our current sales associate with answering phones, writing orders and communicating with customers . We are looking for a driven self-starter, with excellent communication skills who is customer and team focused, process-driven, highly organized and attentive to detail. This ideal candidate will have strong phone and communication skills, and savvy with social media. Candidate will have strong ethical values and integrity, proven to be reliable and dependable!

EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task & remain organized.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to commute to Tampa (occasionally St. Petersburg location)
  • To be the local friendly face customers will always want to reach out to when services are needed.
  • Respond to Sales inquiries in a prompt and timely manner via email , phone or our showroom/retail environment.
    *Assisting manager/Sales with day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Resolve customer issues in a calm and mature manner.
  • Responsible for providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Become familiar with customer records while maintaining and updating account information as needed.
  • Maintain relationship and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
  • Provide proper communication and feedback to Team members and management on customer service issues and/or success.
  • Have a genuine passion for people and developing relationships
    *Opening and closing store (when necessary)
