JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The successful applicant will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    This role is based on a 37.50 hour working week with a working pattern of Tuesday to Saturday
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Accurately enter customer data into NetSuite for order entry & record keeping.
  • Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Checking orders have been transferred from NetSuite onto scheduling sheets accurately
  • Create evening and weekend schedule sheets
  • Create accurate timings and delivery sheets
  • Add any Standing orders onto the production, packing and driver schedules
  • Credit control overdue payments and non-payers
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
