• Experience in customer service
• Ideally has worked in a automotive trade previously
• Able to work independently

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive system would be preferred

• Greet customers professionally and lead them into waiting room
• Maintain accurate records of the job sheet
• Act as liaison between customers and the service team
