Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Answer incoming calls via the switchboard and direct to appropriate parties
  • Monitor and respond to shared inbox emails
  • Support travel management tasks including calendar invites, profiles and updating traveler details
  • Perform data entry in CBRE software and portals
  • Create and manage travel reporting
  • Collaborate with departments and external suppliers and improve administrative processes.
