Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday (occasional weekend cover)

We’re now looking for a Customer Service Operative to join our dedicated aftersales team and become a key part of the journey. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need help after purchasing a vehicle.

✅ Providing friendly, professional support to customers via phone, email and in person
✅ Handling post-sale queries and resolving customer concerns with care and efficiency
✅ Logging and tracking service issues through to resolution
✅ Coordinating with other departments, suppliers, and technicians to find timely solutions
✅ Keeping customers updated and informed throughout the process
✅ Supporting the Customer Service Manager with escalated issues and improvements
✅ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
✅ Playing your part in delivering an effortless, stress-free aftersales experience
