CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (ENTRY LEVEL)

Tom Schneider is a leading British design studio specialising in stunning high-end designer furniture. Based in our London office, next to our beautiful showroom and supported by European workshops, we are passionate about crafting and delivering handmade designer furniture to a diverse clientele, including the public, retailers, interior designers, and architects. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our business. This is an entry-level role with great potential for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for telephone enquiries and general email correspondence.
  • Liaise with showroom customers face-to-face, assisting them with enquiries and providing guidance on products.
  • Assist customers through the ordering process, offering guidance and advice in person and over the phone.
  • Manage order updates, enquiries, and general office administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
