We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our close-knit team. If you’re someone who loves helping people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a friendly, professional environment, we’d love to hear from you! This role will be full time, Monday to Friday, based from our Head Office in Doncaster.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers—building rapport and offering excellent service
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide friendly guidance to both customers and internal team members
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  • Accurately input customer orders into our system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support the development of new projects and initiatives across the business
