Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Attend to walk-in customers in the service centre.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
  • Respond to customer emails, calls, and messages, ensuring that all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • Arrange motorcycle servicing and repairs appointment for customers via online booking, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Assist customers on insurance and warranty claims.
  • Prepare job cards for servicing and repairs of motorcycles.
  • Maintain customers’ personal data and service record in the SAP system.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE ‘O” Level and above.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Service-oriented mindset with an ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • A team player with ability to work independently.
