POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking for The Customer Service Assistant (Intern) motivated and detail-oriented student to join our customer service team as a part-time assistant. This role involves tracking offers, maintaining data, and performing various administrative tasks. The position requires a short training period and offers flexible working hours to accommodate your academic schedule.
What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Ouote Tracking: Monitor and follow up on customer offers in the Salesforce/SAP System, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, i.e. order entry, rescheduling, others

You have:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s studies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
