Customer Service Representative
Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our fuel distribution department and play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and records.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to assist customers
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Handle multilingual customer interactions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
