What you'll bring to the team Calling all chocolate lovers! Ready to dive into a world packed with fun, discovery and plenty of chocolate? We’re on the lookout for Guest Experience Team Members to join our Front of House Operations team at Cadbury World and help create memories that last a lifetime. As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be right at the heart of our chocolatey wonderland. From welcoming guests at Admissions and managing queues, to hosting with a microphone and supporting experiences across the Exhibition, 4D Chocolate Adventure and Cadbury Chocolate Quest ride, you’ll be the friendly face that brings Cadbury World to life. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly too, looking after equipment like radios, microphones and ticket scanners, maintaining high standards across the site and always keeping health and safety front of mind. You’ll spend much of your day on your feet, chatting to guests of all ages, encouraging them to get involved, snap a photo, taste the chocolate and explore even more Merlin magic. Most of all, you’ll be obsessed with our guests. You’ll treat every visitor as an individual, think on your feet, and go the extra mile to make sure their visit feels truly special, sweet, surprising and unforgettable. These are fixed term, seasonal roles, offering 16 to 25 hours per week. During term time, hours may be lower, with up to 25 hours available during school holidays. Shifts fall between 8:45am and 7pm and include weekends, with the occasional weekday.
