Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and internal departments. You will process sales orders, manage enquiries via phone and email, and ensure our clients receive a high level of service from order to delivery. This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the internal order management system.
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
  • Provide updates on order status, lead times, and deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, warehouse, logistics) to resolve queries and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Assist with after-sales support including returns, replacements, and complaints handling.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance customer experience.
