We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
As Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service whilst completing various banking transactions in our Hempstead Valley branch.
Your responsibilities will include:
The hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, plus a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am – 12.30pm. Time back in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked.
The role involves interacting and supporting a varied cohort of customers and problem solving. If you demonstrate resilience and work well in a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
