The Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our Melbourne team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be in contact with our valued customers regarding orders placed, delivery schedules and product warranties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text.
  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns or requirements and then providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Updating and communicating with customers regarding their orders.
  • Organising and booking customers in for delivery.
  • Completing daily emails and phone calls.
  • Process transactions and manage customer orders
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Interest in outdoor living, furniture, or design is a bonus!
