Job Title: Customer Service Assistant - Part Time (Weekend & Monday)
Location: Remote role & candidate must be Brighton based
Hours: 10 hours per week. Spread over Saturday, Sunday and Monday, with flexibility to cover extra hours/days when other team members are on holiday/things are busy
Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience (Living Wage Employer)

About the Role: We’re looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Customer Service Assistant to help deliver an excellent experience for our customers. You’ll be part of our small but busy Customer Service team and will be the first point of contact for customers.

• Respond to customer queries by email (and occasionally by phone) in a friendly, timely and professional manner
• Resolve operational, product and delivery queries effectively
• Proactively raise questions and share ideas via team channels on Slack to ensure smooth collaboration while working remotely
• Liaise with couriers and our fulfilment partner to resolve delivery issues
• Pass on customer feedback to the wider team
• Use our FAQ and response templates
• Support with additional admin tasks when required
• Provide holiday cover for other team members, which may include extra hours or days during the week
