This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for students. As the first point of contact for our student residents at Cotton House, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their experience—ensuring they feel safe, supported, and part of a vibrant community.
You’ll support a range of lettings activities, including conducting viewings and assisting with open days, all aimed at helping to meet occupancy targets. The role also includes elements of facilities management, such as logging maintenance requests, carrying out basic repairs, and monitoring health and safety compliance across the site.
In addition, you’ll help build a strong residential community by organising social events, responding to wellbeing concerns, and supporting inter-tenant matters with empathy and professionalism. You’ll also manage administrative processes, including maintaining accurate records, processing parcels, and assisting in rent collection and complaints handling.
If you’re a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills, a “can-do” attitude, and a genuine interest in working with students, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Unipol team and help students thrive both academically and socially.

· Contribute to the lettings process by supporting open days, conducting viewings, assisting with tenancy agreements, and helping to achieve occupancy goals

· Occasional weekend and evening work may be required during key dates.
These duties provide a framework for the role and should not be regarded as a definitive list.
The sites you work at may change over time as the property portfolio and the business evolves.
