Description

We are recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to work at Shell Swansea Bay (Days and Nights) for 16 hours per week, with availability to cover holidays and sickness.
Rotas organised 4 weeks in advance so you will always know when you are working and you can enjoy planning things outside of work around your working schedule!
We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and passionate about giving great customer service and always willing to learn and progress within the company.
The ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone as well as working in a team is also required.
Ideally you will have previous customer service or retail experience.
Duties will include:
- Cash Handling
- Excellent customer service
- Maintaining Store standards/Cleaning
- Stock Replenishment
There are bonus schemes along with holiday pay.
Comprehensive training and uniform is provided.
Overtime available
Due to the sale of age related products applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
