We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle enquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a customer service or admin-based role (motor trade experience is a plus)
  • Confident using computer systems – experience with Xero and/or Techman is highly desirable
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage technician diaries and workshop scheduling
  • Order parts and liaise with suppliers
  • Produce customer invoices and handle payments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer data.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure follow-ups are actioned
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed
