Description

The Customer Service Assistant, Warehouse position is based out of our Winnipeg Warehouse, is responsible for the performance of the day to day customer service functions for all customers. The CSA is to be involved with handling of telephone calls, order placement, data entry and tracking of inventory, generating operating reports, tracing of shipments and developing strong lines of communication with all customers.

Responsibilities
  • The CSA will be responsible for handling/directing inbound and outbound telephone calls, faxes and e-mails.
  • Order Detail entry, this responsibility entails receiving customer order information and performing the necessary tasks.
  • Tracing Customer Shipments, responding to inquiries and Updating customers on the status of inbound and outgoing shipments.
  • Inventory and KPI Reporting, it is the responsibility of the CSA to create accurate, real time inventory and operator activity reporting.
  • Involved with booking appointment for inbound loads and freight transfers meeting customer demands and relaying any potential issues as well as positive feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Managing various administrative functions necessary within the warehouse.
